I am reading Fatima's profile with a smile on my face and a joy in my heart.

Trully, each one of us in this community is part of the whole. When Dlight, Bless and I were discussing about the reinvention of the HQ, one aspect of the plan is to make everybody feel important being part of the community, hence the tag line : "HQ, Ang Bagong Yugto : Ikaw Ang Bida Dito! To compliment that idea visually, we requested Kritiko to create the mosaic of our pictures that became our billboard header.

Ella re-captured that idea as I read the contents of her answers to most of the questions. 

One of the reasons when I proposed The Weekly Featured Profile is to focus the spotlight to one citizen of this Virtual Community every week, because I believe that we all bring colors here with our simple presence.

Ella is not voted as the grandslam Secretery of the Laarnians for nothing. I think she's the only officer from the original line up that is elected to the same position. It is apparent in her answers how she value the group and her sincerity as a part of this thriving community. She has the longest list of the people she admires and she sincerily knows what she's writing about them. More than her capacity to remember the details which I think is her strength as an elected secretary, is the heart she put into every details and I believe that is her strength as a person.

No wonder she is re-elected to the same position, no wonder she is endearing! We can all learn from her persona, Laarni, our star, can learn from her examples. For life is like a mirror, we get exactly the same reflection we give the world. People value us exactly the same amount we value the people around us no matter how small or how big their influences to our life. It is not really on the number of friends that we met in this lifetime, it 's on how we value and keep the friendship. We could have all the world in our hands but if we don't know how to treasure the gems of friendship that God gave us, they can slip easily like grains of sands.

It is interesting to note that our secretary, Fatima/Ella/Roiella(or whatever name you call her) is the featured profile this week, but she shared the spotlight to many people. She is the featured profile, but she didn't limit the shots to herself for she don't want to be alone in the picture, so we see names and we read valuable inputs about them from her perspective. She featured many people in this article, the part she gave them is even longer than the part she gave herself. If there are people that are too giving I've met in this community, I would say Fatima is one of them.

You are more than deserving of your position in the Laarnians, Fatima! But more than that, you are deserving of all the wonderful things in this life because you offer life the best of you. You may go through some difficult times, but always remember that they are part of the challenges that make you better, stronger, whole. And the  friends you treasure will help you carry on.

2. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE?

YES, My First Name is a combination of my parents' name:

My Mother’s name which is ROTEL and My Father’s NORIEL, when combined sum up to a name Roiel, ROIELLA sounds more lika a girl's name than Roiel though, so it's Roiella. 

I believe my name is unique.  My mother added Maria in my first name because it's part of her name.

3. WHEN DID YOU LAST CRY?

Last night, I had deep conversations with GOD after realizing the important things in my life. These past few months, I am in my lowest point but God is soooooo good.

He gives me strength and wisdom to live a life that He wanted me to be.   

4. WHO ARE THE PERSONALITIES IN HQ YOU ADMIRE, WHY?

Each one of us is admirable.

Even if we share small or big in this community, they are part of the whole.

The wholeness of the HQ makes it unique.

That’s why whatever circumstances or crisis the HQ goes through until now, it is thriving.

Most especially, we have VIP's in this community who made brilliant contributions.

*All the HQ admins( You know them All), without their love and efforts the HQ will not be this successful.

*Ms. Dlight – She is one of a kind woman and founder of our beloved HQ.

She is full of love and her love is reflected in HQ. Her creation is a blessing to everyone who feels the love of HQ.

*Mr. Jeques and  Ms. Issa- The Awesome Writers.

I admire both of them because their works really are an inspiration. They are the voice of HQ.

*Ms. Kabs/Ms. Jenet/Ms. Net/Ms. Jecca-

I find them the life of HQ because they make the HQ alive especially Ms. Kabs (I wonder if you still sleep guys?).

*Ms. Kaye/Ms. Jang/Ms. Julia/Ms. Marj/Ms. Mars/Ms. Agnes-

The Beauty Queens of HQ. I admire there strong willed persona and their integrity as women.

*Mr. Robi- The Clown of HQ.  He makes us laugh because of his articles and funny lines in HQ. I salute you Mr. Robi!

*Tita Mila/Tita Mariah/Tita Lia- The Silent Ones.

Their contributions in HQ are maybe silent, but create such a deep impact in our hearts.

Significant People that I  met because of Laarni Lozada.

Remember the first EB of Laarnians(08/30/08) at Starbucks. After that we watched the second to the last Gala Night of PDA.

We are full of hope!

That day inspired me to believe in Laarni's success.

Maybe what I like so much about kids is their innocent outlook and simple happiness.

I feel a certain satisfaction caring for them.

Maybe, for me it depends on the personality of the person if she/he is willing to be friends with me. I am easy to be friends with anyone. I am not a choosy person. I open my arms to anyone who wants to be friends with me.

Yes, I do have one journal which is my spiritual journal. I keep it in a secret box that no one would ever find, except for me.

I don’t know. Maybe it is not my thing.

NEVER!!!!! I don’t have the confidence to do it. I am an acrophobic person!

Actually, I chose pink because it's really my first Love.

But when Laarni came to my life, Yellow became my obsession.

I am a silent type of person when it comes to my personal problems.

14. WHOM DO YOU MISS THE MOST?

My Nanay Gloria (grandma).

She died when I was in Grade 6. She was the one who made my life so perfect, but when she died, my life felt like it shattered into pieces.  I am lola’s girl so it was very hard for me to move on. Hopefully someday we will meet again.

I love different kinds of music.

PINK/YELLOW
